• Designed Infobric Connect from pilot concept to launch as its sole designer: one guided path for every company in a subcontractor chain to qualify and pre-register its people. Active users grew 42% year on year, and Connect is now part of Infobric’s premium package.
• Designed for the whole construction site across a connected suite: the mobile access app for workers (162K monthly users), the web platform for site managers (11K monthly users) and the supplier portal for due diligence.
• Redesigned the core flows of the mobile access app, now rated 4.9 on Google Play from 5,000+ reviews, and designed new features from scratch, such as document capture and a site-aware evacuation flow.
• Validated concepts early with stakeholders to unblock engineering, and worked with 26 developers and testers across teams to keep shipped quality high.

• Rebuilt a legacy Xamarin mobile app as native iOS and Android apps and kept developing it with IoT features.
• Drove the redesign of a 10-year-old platform on 14,000+ construction sites, from an unrequested concept to launch, including its design system. Over 90% of users stayed on the new design even with a one-click way back, and the client set up a dedicated team to keep improving the interface, still running today.
• Designed and shipped a due diligence system with configurable rules, from early concept to market launch.
